Conditions applicable from 1 March 2013.

1. Company

These general conditions of sale ("Terms") are concluded between the company Debeira (Silene brand) and any person not shopping (User ") wishing to make a purchase on the website www.silene.fr (hereinafter hereinafter as sets the "Parties") and, more generally, applicable to all commercial documents issued by our company.

Given the seasonality of our business, our product offerings are valid while stocks last.
3. Order
You can place an order on our website by selecting the items of your choice that you put them into your shopping cart by clicking the button "Add to cart". 4. Engravings

Burning time is less than 14 days.
 
5. Price
Prices are quoted in Euro (€). They take into account any reductions and the VAT applicable on the date of the order. Any change in the applicable rate may be reflected in the price of products.
Silene reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of recording of the order unless a typographical error or omission, and subject to the availability of such products.
In the case of an order to be delivered outside the European Union, the tax price will be clear to the user in the basket if it informs the destination of the delivery, and during the validation of the order.
Prices do not include delivery charges provided for in Article 7 of these Conditions of Sale. Delivery charges will be shown to the user during the checkout process, prior to validation.
The products remain the property of the company Debeira until full payment.

 6. Payment
 Payment is made online at the time of the order, credit card, PayPal, or gift card Silene.
Credit cards VISA and MASTERCARD EUROCARD whose account is domiciled in France (including Corsica) and DOM are accepted. For payments by credit card, you are charged only when shipping items available. If an item is unavailable, you can request a refund if you wish to cancel your order.

Gift card payment
For payments by gift card if the amount on the card is not enough to settle the order, it is possible to pay the supplement online by credit card or Paypal. It is possible to combine several gift cards for a single purchase. The gift cards can not be exchanged or refunded in whole or part including the end of their expiry date or in case of loss or theft, or sold in exchange for their value.

Secure payment by credit card
After confirmation of the order, the buyer is redirected to the platform server SSL secure payment Crédit Agricole, to make the payment. 7. Gift Card
Our gift card can be used Silenus online or in our stores. You can choose between three amounts of 20, 60 or 100 €. You can add cards to reach the desired amount. The card is valid for twelve months from the date of activation.
Silene gift cards are not refundable, even partially. The amount can be used only once until the expiry of its validity date. You can optionally supplemented by other means of payment. No balance will be credited to the card.
In case of loss or theft, the card can not be replaced or refunded. It can not give rise to any monetary consideration, in any form whatsoever, totally or partially. All of these Conditions of Sale apply to gift cards.

8. Delivery
Silene offers several modes of delivery that you can choose at the time of order.

Free Shipping
All orders placed before 13h (GMT +1) Monday to Saturday will be shipped the same day to the address specified by the purchaser and delivered in max priority service letter by mail within 3 days * in metropolitan France (Corsica included) and within 7 days for overseas territories. This period is indicated by the position information without obligation of result. You can track your parcel on the internet or by SMS tracking number sent to you in the preparation of order.

So Colissimo delivery
All orders placed before 13h (GMT +1) Monday to Saturday will be shipped the same day to the address specified by the purchaser and delivered in So Colissimo services with a commitment to deliver 2 days * in metropolitan France (including Corsica) and in a period of 5 to 7 days for overseas territories. You can track your parcel on the internet or by SMS tracking number sent to you in the preparation of order. The cost of shipment will be shown during the checkout process.

Delivery Chrono 13
All orders placed before 13h (GMT +1) Monday to Saturday will be shipped the same day to the address specified by the purchaser and delivered Chronopost the day before 13h in metropolitan France (including Corsica) and within 48 hours for Dom Tom. You can track your parcel on the internet or by SMS tracking number sent to you in the preparation of order. The cost of shipment will be shown during the checkout process.
* Working days indicated by the position, excluding holidays, for delivery of non-personalized items available home Monday to Saturday.

Delivery problems
In case of default, misdirected or other problem with the placement of the order, Silene reserves the right to block the user control to solve the problem. We will contact you by email or phone to resolve these problems.

Taxes outside European Union
In the case of a shipment outside the European Union, taxes may be charged upon receipt of your package. These taxes, which vary by country, are your responsibility. We can inform you of the exact amount.

Parcel tracking

For example, if you place your order on Monday morning, you will receive your tracking number Monday before 13h and your parcel will be sent the same day. If you order Monday afternoon, you will receive your tracking number before 13h Tuesday and your order will be sent Tuesday afternoon.

Receiving Parcels
Carefully check the condition and contents of the package upon receipt. In case of damage or missing items, thank you to inform us by contacting our advisors 09 53 17 84 85 (Non premium rate number, price depending on operator) as soon as you become aware.
Any delay or failure of performance of the services provided under these will not be a fault of Silene insofar as it can be justified that the delay or failure to perform is attributable either to the consumer or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable, a third contract, or a case of force majeure as defined by regulation, in accordance with Article L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code.

9. Right of withdrawal
Accordance with the law, you have 7 days from the date of receipt of your package to retract, whatever the reason (except models engraved or customized to your request). Items must be returned in new condition, without having been worn and in their original packaging. Articles incomplete, damaged, scratched or dirty will not be accepted.
Reimbursement
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, if a piece of jewelry or a watch does not match your expectations, you have a guarantee "satisfied or reimbursed" 10 days from the date of receiving the product to return it to us in order to an exchange or refund. The refund will be equal to the total amount paid by the recipient, the price of the product concerned and any shipping costs go, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the recipient of the initial order. If a voucher has been used in the order, the amount will be deducted in proportion to the amount of the refunded products. The amount of orders that have been a gift card payment will be credited to the account.

Exchange
If the product is requested in exchange for a higher amount, the recipient must make payment of the difference before shipping the new product. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient of the initial order, but Silenus bear the cost of returning to the limit of one exchange per order.

Return Procedure

Costs and risks of transport being borne by the customer, we recommend that you return your item preferably recommended.
Gift cards do not constitute monetary values, they can not be refunded or exchanged. The amount of orders that have been a gift card payment will be credited to the customer's account.

10. Guarantees
Warranty Silver, Steel, Gold Plated
Some of the quality of our models, we give you the benefit at no extra cost, a commercial warranty of 10 years from the date of shipment of the product. Warranty (parts and labor) is understood in the context of normal use. Costume Jewelry Warranty
Some of the quality of our models, we also give you the benefit at no extra cost, a commercial warranty 1 year from shipment of the product. Warranty (parts and labor) is understood in the context of normal use. Are excluded from this warranty, wear and aging as well as claws, crushing and breakage or loss resulting from an accidental circumstance.
In case of problems during the warranty period, simply return your item (see returns policy below) with his "right of return" with your specific instructions and we will intervene for free. We will acknowledge receipt of your shipment. Models under warranty will be returned within 30 days at our expense.

Warranty Disclaimer

Regardless of the contractual warranty, you have the legal guarantee of conformity of the product defect existing at the time of issue (articles L. 211-4 and following of the Consumer Code) within two years from the issuance of fine. 11. Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and contractual relations there are governed by French law. The language of this contract is the French language.
Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the rules of common law (or private international law).

12. Intellectual Property
Www.silene.fr site and all its elements are protected by intellectual property rights in force. They are the exclusive property of the company Debeira. Use of this site is for personal use only. Any use, reproduction, exploitation, representation ... in whole or in part on any medium whatsoever, for purposes other than personal use is prohibited and punishable by law, including in respect of the infringement. Any hypertext link directly to this site must be express prior authorization from us.
